Students expecting to start in August, 2020 may be placed on a waitlist until space becomes available. Enrolling in the right school should be easy. We've kept our enrollment process open, flexible and easy to complete. With no semesters, you can enroll any time of year. So, whether it is October or March, you will always start at the beginning of every course. There is no stress of being behind.

Students will receive an email within 3 business days of enrolling with their Username and Password and can begin immediately! 

*Important Note: Some states may consider online education as "homeschooling." Contact your state's Department of Education to learn of any homeschool rules or regulations that may apply in your state. Graham Private Christian Online High School is not responsible for notifying parents of state regulations as they vary among states and may change.

By signing the Enrollment Agreement, you represent and warrant that You are the authorized parent or legal guardian of the student and you hereby authorize the student to be provided access to Graham Private Christian Online High School. By signing this agreement, you are verifying that You have read this entire Agreement and have explained its entire contents to the student in age appropriate language. Further, You understand and agree that both You and the student are bound by the terms of this Agreement and agree that access to Graham Private Christian Online Learning is contingent upon You and the student adhering to the terms of this Agreement and that failure to do so may result in no longer having access to the service. Welcome to the family of distance learners at Graham Private Christian Online High School.

This Enrollment Agreement is intended to make the School’s relationship with You clear, and to set forth some of the School’s policies that will govern that relationship. If You have any questions or concerns that are not answered or addressed in this Enrollment Agreement, please call the Customer Service Department for further information.

Graham Private Christian Online High School partners with you to provide educational services and support for each student. This agreement ("Agreement") is between Graham Private Christian Online High School ("School"), American High School and the Parent/Guardian/Student(s) Party ("You", "Customer") of any Graham Private Christian Online High School’s products and services ("Service"). This Agreement governs all Services. By activating the Service, you acknowledge that You have read and understood, and You agree, to the terms of this agreement. Graham Private Christian Online High School may change the terms of the Agreement from time to time.

Enrollment Agreement: Tuition fees are based on either per-course/per grade pricing, one semester (6 courses) or full year (12 Courses). Additional courses may be taken but must be purchased in addition to the payment plan. Tuition includes curriculum, teacher and administrative services, college/career counseling options, education support service, ongoing customer service and maintenance of student records, evaluations and transcripts, etc. Tuition or other fees may change due to enrollment specials or increase in fees.

Payment Plan: Graham Private Christian Online High School families may pay in full at enrollment or take advantage of the School’s payment program of monthly payments over 10 months for annual enrollment, or three months for a one-semester enrollment. This fee is valued at a fixed amount per course or grade level. Paid in full or paid by monthly payments divided into 10 or five monthly payments (two semesters=10 payments, one semester=6 payments). Payment plan fees not paid in full are subject to a $8 processing fee per month for each month the fees remain unpaid. All payments are made from a credit card account or a direct debit from a bank account. A $35 fee shall apply for any insufficient funds. Since the Graham Private Christian Online High School has reserved a space for the student, payment is due each month whether or not work has been submitted. Students finishing a course or grade level in less time than planned are still required to pay the full tuition for the entire term that was selected. Final grades and/or certificates of completion will not be submitted until all outstanding charges are paid in full. Additional courses beyond standard enrollment (3 courses per semester or 12 courses per year) may be taken but must be purchased in addition to the payment plan. to the teacher reserves the right to suspend services if monthly payments are not made in a timely manner. A grace period of no more than 2 days shall be allowed. A re-activation fee of $85 will apply to all suspensions of service. If suspended, all tuition will be due to date and liable each month until a notice of withdrawal is received. Graham Private Christian Online High School reserves the right to withhold issuing transcripts and/or diplomas for any student not in good financial standing with the School. Extension Fee (only if necessary)

Due in full at time of extension: A student who has not completed his or her course of study within the applicable period following enrollment (semester or year) may request an extension of the completion date, if eligible. A fee shall apply to each extension granted at a rate of $200 per course per monthly past the course completion date. Final grades shall only be given for work completed within the applicable term, as may be extended. In some extreme cases a full re-enrollment may be necessary.

Student Responsibility: Graham Private Christian Online High School students are provided with ample opportunities, resources and instructional staff to succeed in this program. However, students still bear the weight of personally committing to their own academic success. Graham Private Christian Online High School students are responsible for the following: Daily engaging in assigned academic studies (Daily engagement equates to attendance which is both mandatory and actively monitored). Completing all assigned tasks. Independently maintaining a successful studying environment. Regularly communicating with assigned teacher(s) including a minimum of two forms of communication per week. Daily checking email correspondence and replying to all forms of communication in no less than 24 hours. Keeping parents/guardians informed of progress, grades, and communication from the assigned teacher(s). Following School rules and policies. Upholding a strong moral ethic with regard to academic honesty; especially in regard to cheating or plagiarism.

Parent Responsibility: To ensure a successful and rewarding distance learning program, each parent is an essential part of his or her child’s education. Nationwide studies show that students who receive regular support from their parents do better in school. Parents are responsible for the following: Contact Your student’s teacher(s) on a regular basis. Provide student(s) with access to an internet connected computer and a telephone. Provide a suitable place for the student to study and help develop a workable schedule to complete assignments. Have funds available for monthly payments. Notify the School of any address, phone number and email changes or leave of absence. Notify the School if an extension or re-enrollment is needed to finish a course or grade level. Notify the School with a “Written Notification of Withdrawal” to withdraw from Graham Private Christian Online High School or drop a course. Review and discuss online grade postings regularly with student(s). What is Included: All enrollment packages include costs for curriculum, teacher and administrative services, college/career counseling options, education support service, ongoing customer service and maintenance of student records, evaluations and transcripts, etc.

What is Not Included: A one-time, non-refundable, enrollment fee of $150 will be added to all initial first-time enrollments to cover costs associated with enrollment. In addition, some classes may require additional materials such as art supplies or novels (if not available from a local library or online source). Courses requiring additional supplies will be noted and should be reviewed prior to enrollment to ensure adequate access to learning materials. Withdrawal Refund Policy: Graham Private Christian Online Learning hopes You will be completely satisfied with the services and materials of Graham Private Christian Online Learning. If for any reason You are not satisfied, the School will refund Your money based on the terms and conditions described below. Fall & Spring: 1-30 Days From Enrollment

Privacy Policy: Graham Private Christian Online High School is committed to respecting your privacy. You can visit official Graham Private Christian Online Learning websites without revealing any personal information. Should you choose to provide us with any personal information, you can be assured that it will only be used by Graham Private Christian Online High School to conduct official school business and personal information will never be disseminated to any unaffiliated third party.

INFORMATION GATHERING: We use IP addresses (the Internet address of your computer) to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our website. IP addresses assist us in many website operations, like running the statistical software that identifies the sections of our site that are most heavily used, and which portion of our audience comes from within the Graham Private Christian Online High School network. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. Like many other websites, portions of either the Graham Private Christian Online High School site may use cookies. Cookies store information on your computer so your experience on the website is easier. They recognize you and identify your access privileges on the website. They are typically employed for your convenience, and prevent you from having to repeat actions, such as entering a username and password. USE OF INFORMATION: While aggregate statistical reports may be generated based on Web usage, no personally identifiable information will ever be disseminated to any unaffiliated third party. Transferability of Credits and/or Diploma: Graham Private Christian Online High School commits very seriously to working for a wide range recognition of its course credits or diplomas at outside agencies. However, like all schools, Graham Private Christian Online High School is unable to guarantee universal acceptance of its credits or diploma at any outside agency, whether private or public. It is your responsibility, as the parent/guardian, to ensure acceptance of credits or a diploma from Graham Private Christian Online High School as desired.

Should You allow Your student to participate in Graham Private Christian Online High School, You and the Student must abide by this Agreement. This agreement is in effect upon the receipt of the registration and tuition payment. I have read and agree with the policies of this agreement. I agree to pay the below selected Tuition Payment Plan. I understand my card will be charged when I submit this form.

Academic Honor Code

Graham Private Christian Online High School students are expected to submit work that is a product of their own individual effort, thoughts and skills. Sharing work is not permitted. Students who violate the Academic Honor Code may be subject to formal disciplinary action.

Please read each of the following statements, indicate that you understand each one.

 1. We understand that all students' work must be a product of their own individual effort, thoughts, and skills. All work must be in each student's own words.  

2. We understand that students will conduct Internet research. Copying and pasting from Internet sources is not acceptable.  

3. We understand that posting Graham Private Christian Online High School lesson content, questions or answers on any non-Graham Private Christian Online High School Internet site will be considered cheating and a violation of Graham Private Christian Online High School copyright.  

4. We understand that students must not share their passwords with another student, including a sibling. Students working in the same household/facility, should save their work in password-protected computers, or be set up with separate password-protected user accounts on the same computer. At no point should multiple students have access to the same computer files or Internet browsers where work is saved.  

5. We understand that providing answers to another Graham Private Christian Online High School student is considered cheating and carries the same consequences as copying work.  

6. We understand that whenever an assignment offers students a choice of topics, readings, materials, etc. students in the same household or school must choose different topics to fulfill the assignment. Use of the same topic will be grounds to ask the second student to redo the assignment.  

7. We have read and understand the policies on plagiarism and cheating. We acknowledge that proctored exams may be required if repeated ‘sharing’ of work occurs. If plagiarism and or cheating are a recurring concern, the students may be expelled from the school.
